Every Meal Healing is a 7-week course & coaching program based on the wisdom of the GAPS Nutritional Protocol.
GAPS (Gut and Psychology/Physiology Syndrome) is a nutrition healing protocol that restores healthy gut flora to optimize function in the brain and body. No matter the chronic symptoms you live with, the state of your gut flora impacts or causes those symptoms!
I will show you how to master the rhythm of the kitchen using the GAPS Nutritional Protocol: the foods to eat, the foods to avoid, how to organize your kitchen and life around nourishing disease-healing foods, and help you build a renewed relationship between food, your body, and our Earth.
The same foods that the body uses to repair & rebuild are the ones we need to create another life. GAPS Nutritional Protocol is the best option for mothers (and fathers) who wish to set their child up for a lifetime of success by first addressing what they eat!
90% of our neurotransmitters are produced in the gut. When you restore the imbalance in your microbial flora your body can start creating proper and optimal amounts of serotonin (happiness), GABA (rest, calm, relaxation), dopamine (pleasure), and more!
80% of the immune system is housed in the gut. The very nature of a compromised gut ecosystem means compromised immunity. Repair the gut and fuel your immune system and the powers of the immune system will clean itself up, in due time, and start working for you, not against you.
The digestive tract is a long and winding canal that functions north to south. When there is a problem with one section, this affects all sections. By rebalancing your flora and healing and sealing your gut wall, you can soothe an irritated tummy, relieve heartburn permanently, and have pleasant bowel movements indefinitely.
The course is broken into 6 Weeks that walk you through the GAPS Nutritional Protocol. Each week is full of pre-recorded videos by Kate, Handouts, Research Papers, and other resources to help you understand your own healing and SUCCEED.

"I am a Certified GAPS Practitioner (CGP), Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), and Holistic Chef. I love dancing, all things movement, expressive arts practices, ice-plunges, farmers markets, organic foods, and dinner parties! I was a Girl Scout for 13 years, a dance Teacher/Choreographer, Professional Nanny, and Private Chef, which ultimately galvanized my career as an entrepreneur creating and facilitating workshops, courses, and events around food healing and community. In 2019, I founded Regenerative Cooking School and began teaching my signature course “Cook to Heal,” helping families create simple and delicious food as medicine. I graduated from the UF School of Theatre and Dance in 2013 where I taught dance across generations to facilitate self-healing, creativity, and personal transformation. My mission is to help people see the impact of the food they eat in their everyday lives and to wake them up to the epidemic of modern disease created by those very foods and their pollutant counterparts!"
