I am a Holistic Chef, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, GAPS Practitioner and new Mama to Auggie. I will teach you to love your kitchen, your body and every bite of food that goes into your mouth. Gut Health is at the root of fertility issues, chronic constipation, migraines, PCOS, irritability, IBS, allergies and so much more. Not only is our gut the home of our intuitive knowledge, it is also the home of trillions of microbes aka your microbiome. I can’t wait to be with you in the kitchen!
I am a farm butcher. It took me a decade to manifest my passion for meat, cooking, and nutrition into a career, but here I am living out my dream. Daily trips to farms, nightly feasts of their labor, and connecting with people worldwide sharing about regenerative foods.
I am so looking forward to cooking more at home for our family and have already begun the process of shopping from farmers markets almost exclusively. Last night I was up late for finalizing the stock and realized upon finishing that there is a baby stockcourse! I purchased that as well around midnight and fell asleep while listening to it!
